What a delight it was spending the last weekend with the @shokin team and other active shoppers at Chicken Republic Fast foods for our SHOKiN day 15!
At this point, nobody needs to be reminded that Saturdays are for our regular meet up at listed business places to @spendhbd. That is the purpose of the Shoppers Konnect Nigeria. There is no better way of unwinding after a long stressful week than to do it with our dear friends from the community.
We meet, interact, learn and we promote the goals of the community. Helping people know about how they can conveniently do their everyday shopping and paying with HBD, while gaining instant discounts from @thedistriator, is all we aim at achieving during our meetups like this one. There have been a lot of positive results over the straight 15 weeks of our group shopping activity. Overtime, we've had more newbies sign in, more discounts disbursed and the growth in the community is really massive.

We had our meetup at Chicken Republic last weekend, this should be the second time we are visiting there to spend HBD. As usual, we had such a great turnup from friends who joined to make the entire day wonderful. Some came earlier,while others came later which is still very much okay. I had to spend so much time interacting with them and sharing jokes and moments of laughter. Of course, the occasion wouldn't be all entertaining without some food.
Now personally, I couldn't get anything for myself at Chicken Republic because of the terrible state of network connection on that day but that wouldn't stop me anyway. We took some pictures with all our friends who were present at that time and I left to visit another business place.
I headed over to God's Own Supermarket, and I was able to get the few things I wanted. When it was time to pay up, I was surprised to that my keychain app opened within seconds, which wasn't the case at Chicken Republic. I guess the network is such a big deal anyway. I was happy to pay with HBD for the I got because, how will I have enjoyed some discounts if I didn't pay.
I quickly logged into distriator.com after scanning the invoice provided for the things I bought to claim my discounts and voila! 20% off from the total worth. Adding a review is quite different now due to some changes and updates from the developers working on the Distriator website. You now have a chance to post longer reviews, in case of course you has such a wonderful experience that you would love to say more about.
