I'm also pretty new to the platform, having only joined one month ago. So take my advice with a pinch of salt. I'm not quite sure of SpendHBD is the perfect community to post introductions. I have only seen people show their shoppings here, which they paid with Hive Dollars. But I may be wrong.
Apart from that I wish you a great journey on Hive. I find it somewhat hard actually making any personal connections with people, but maybe that will change once I get more active and post more myself - Discord servers for the most part seem pretty dead at least. Maybe you have better luck!
Since I've joined about a month ago I have seen many people talking about how the platform lost loads of users in the past years. At the same time I read a hand full of introduction posts every day. So maybe the community is somewhat growing again? Maybe both statements can be true at the same time.
