It was on a Friday evening and our mentor @beauty197 gave a memo on the group, that we were gonna be having a hangout the next day being Saturday by 5pm. I was very excited with this news because it was an exhausting week and i need a little bit of fun to cheer up myself.
“Yeah” The following morning came and i went about my usual market activities which was a draining one. By 5pm, i headed to bush flavour bar which was our venue for the hangout. I got there abit late because of traffic, everyone had gotten there and i was the last person to arrive.
It was time for serious business and our mentor encouraged each and everyone of us to ask questions as regarding hives, so we can be clarified. One of our member @iquo requested to know the difference between HBD and hive power. Our mentor went ahead to clarify and explain the differences while we all jotted down.
It was a time for us to reflect on how intentional we all need to be regarding our HIVE growth. Our mentor explained to us various things we never knew regarding HIVE such as saving of hbd, loaning of HBD to various communities and how cash backs can be rewarded as a result of that.
Our mentor suggested that as a group, it would be wise for us to save HBD on a weekly basis after which we can all decide or come up with what we can do with HBD that must have been saved.
As a new bee, i was adviced to read other people’s post and comment and also go through the rules and regulations of any community i want to join.
After the questions and lectures about HIVE, we went ahead to item 7, the main agenda of the day. I placed an order for smirnoff ice and their goat mean asun, it was very tender and delicious. The drink was very cold and relaxing and it helped cool my nerves. The group was not left out as some persons ordered malt, heineken, smirnoff and water. We all ordered the asun as its a best seller at the bush flavour bar. @iquo was inclined to order an extra plate of the asun. We all agreed it was delicious.
We danced a little bit and listened to the song being played and we all had something to gist and talk, cracked chokes. We called it a day and by 8:00pm One by one, we started leaving to our various houses and i left with my friend
