Our feedback from attending and presenting at HiveFest

in HiveFest2 years ago (edited)

It was a thrilling experience to meet all of you in real life during the Hive Fest in Amsterdam!

As you probably know, we went to HiveFest to sound out the community and present to all of you in person the result of our work with @arcange. It was very inspiring to witness the engagement of the community, coming from all over the world to gather and share their commitment.

If you missed our presentation (thank you @arcange for introducing it), don't worry! It's been recorded and you can watch it on YouTube.

After our presentation on Conference Day 1, we had enlightening conversations with some of you who helped us further grasp your ambitions and challenges.

We are truly convinced that you’re all doing a great job at making Hive bigger! We hope that we can help you achieve more by attracting new talents with developing skills into the community.

We sincerely believe that co-creation is the way to go. Therefore, we invite you to share your thoughts and feedback with us continuously, they will surely be taken into account.

I you had the best presentation of the first day.

The visuals: top
Communication: top
Eyes contact with the public: top

The people didn’t have a lot of questions because they understood everything.

I would like to offer you an interview where we can talk about this project with not time like and I will post it on 3speak and on my YouTube channel.

What do you think?

Thank you for your feedback @awildovasquez

Regarding your interview proposal, we unfortunately have no availability at the moment. On the other hand, you could discuss it with @arcange as he has been deeply involved so far and knows Hive and the details of the campaign as well as we do.

Congratulations @behilarious! You have completed the following achievement on the Hive blockchain and have been rewarded with new badge(s):

Thank you!

Hello @arcange, thanks for pinging me. Democraticly asking for proposal actually is indeed a nice way to be informed of project initiatives. My HP only accumulates organically and I don't have much in the game, so it does not hurt. Again, thanks for letting me know of the particular presentaiton at Hivefest. I enjoyed it and it certainly has my vote.

At 14:23, I had picked up an idea of networking something like "embassies" in other social medias that could converge at Hivefive to showcase opportunities and address questions interplanetary.

This is also somewhat echoed in "Media Spreading" beginning at 15:06, but more in the form of purchased marketing rather than direct handshaking (high five).

I have one more anecdotal question. What's up with the reference to "Stonks" at 5:54? I looked up the term and came across a sarcastic explanation that is not exactly optimistic about financial issues.
