Once you have access to a computer, install the same Hive Keychain on the browser of your choice (I like Brave and Firefox). Then you can simply import the keys from your keychain into those.
Save your "owner key" somewhere safe. Or/and your master password (off-chain) if possible. You can change those if you don't trust the places you saved them. I can help with that, too.
