Thanks for the compliment. So many times in life I looked back and realized I'd lost the chance to do something I wanted to do. I'm glad I didn't let that happen with my book-writing ambition.
I've done the self upvote by mistake too. It's fantastic that you were able to complete this quest and put a checkmark on it. There are so many projects that would be great to do, but alas, there aren't enough hours in the day.
