Well... I like it...

A recent win at the estate auction... Something that I've been looking for for quite some time. A decent looking and sturdy wine rack, so that our wines aren't taking up cupboard space in an inefficient manner.

Our place in the Netherlands has a little under the stairs mini cellar space... And we kept lots of wine, spirits, and cakes foods there. Cool and out of the way, but with enough room to walk down and get stuff easily.

I loved that little space...

.. But our current house doesn't have anything like it. And the kitchen storage space isn't crazily well optimised. And that means that we have lots of things fighting for space, and it is hard to identify and get to the things that you might want to use.

So, when I saw this rack... I was keen on getting it. Of first, these things need to be okayed by my wife... And with the measurements and colour, it was approved.

But when I put it in, she said it looked larger than she thought. But I said, give it a bit of time...

... Hopefully, she will start to not notice. And then it will become normalised! Plus, it fees up that cupboard where the wine was...
