Everything happens unexpectedly, either any good thing or any bad thing. Our psychology is very different or we can say selfish as we always expect some surprise be to always good but don't know that bad surprises are always important sometimes. When good surprises meet us we feel joiced but when bad surprises meet us we are sad and that's obvious according to the mindset upon which we grow.
But surprisingly the intersting part of life starts when we have bad surprises. These bad surprises help us to meet the most strongest version of ourselves and that is reality. Our life cycle is based upon ups and downs straight way is not leaded by anyone we always have to face some beautiful and some ugly situations.

We must eliminate everything that causes us discomfort, bad moods and negative thoughts. Positive thoughts. I say you only have to turn green once and you can get rid of everything bad.
