When there is such a weather and such a place where a person is walking and a cold wind is blowing. This type of places is best for walk. A few years ago I went to a place with my friends and there was exactly the same weather with similar clouds and after a while it started to rain lightly.
Interesting. I like that there is different weather all over the world and even in my own country. It makes life interesting to jet off to some warm climate in the middle of winter. :)
