I can't imagine cooking for all those people but you were very brave for attempting it! The closest I've come to that is manning the grill for a family reunion. It was the anxiety of trying to get a charcoal grill lit in the rain then a few hours of cooking burgers, hot dogs, and brats for around 75 people.

The lighting of the grill (and keeping it lit) was the most nerve-wrecking part of it all. : )
