Pretty much I've read that summer squash just doesn't freeze well. The only zucchini I've frozen is the raviolis. It didn't matter with them, as they ere in sauce.

Yeah, the squash was too soggy for my preference. I do the zucchini the same way and it is usually fine. I will have to make some ravioli next season. That will be a nice addition to the freezer.
