I was hoping that you would go in there and confirm that the gold is actually really there. There's some conspiracy theories that it was all stolen a while ago.
This is going WAY back, but there was an episode of the cartoon GI-Joe where COBRA manages to steal all the gold because there was a very convenient series of train tracks near the building where a bullet train is waiting. The Joes manage to catch up with the train by riding really fast horses. amazing stuff.
Believe me, I don't think anyone is stealing anything from there. However, I have heard some theories that over the years the government has used the gold and it is almost all gone.
Used to watch the GIJOe when I was young. It was a neat cartoon.
