Hi there Beef, first of all thank you for entering our #bom this month.

One thing we all need to do as we age gracefully is take care of your health. Exercising and taking vitamins are an important part to this.

I love how you are charting things out and added the juice and vitamins to the chart. Well done on exercising so regularly and taking some breaks.

It can be all too easy to charge into exercise and then burn yourself out, you are doing fantastically well, well done 👏

Thanks for the vote of confidence. So far so good with the program I set up. There have been days when I just don't feel like doing anything but take the vitamins and juice. When I see two days not checked off in a row, I try not to miss a third.
