I can't agree less on this. You know, I procrastinate too and one best way I do is to pick out my most relevant tasks and focus on them then leave the rest for another day. That is breaking task into parts and focus on the most relevant. I love your productive procrastination method too

I realize that I tend to procrastinate on thing I am resistant to doing. Which begs the question why there are so many thing to be resistant to. Life out of balance?
