It is exhausting to feel somehow responsible for Israel/Palestine conflicts, the Russo-Ukrainian war, climate change, systemic racism, economic collapse, and everything else we're inundated with every day. But can we really control any of that? No. We can choose our individual responses in some cases, but that's the most we can do, and anyone who says otherwise reveals hubris.

I'm getting better at not exactly ignoring it, but at least letting it be.
