I bookmarked this comment and will do it when I find a spare half a day to do so. This is what I'm talking about. Every time I clear caches or delete cookies I go through this. It's maddening.
But thanks for the info, it's good to know there is such a place to get help.
I'm still acting as go between in the Terminal. Please don't go anywhere yet
