Jajajaja. I can imagine your mother's face at such a question. Undoubtedly, the maternal figure leaves a mark, just like some movie characters and, for us who read, literary characters. Yes, my mom had to deal with me explaining that these aren't mutually exclusive activities. Sure, I was a kid, but I wasn't stupid. I didn't get upset about it, and I moved on.
