Absolute Favourite Meal
From a very young age, I had a strange relationship with food. I remember being forced to eat and crying because I didn't like many of the meals, and they told me I had to leave my plate clean. Since my sisters and I were growing and developing, it was normal for us to be given a bowl of soup for lunch, along with rice or pasta, vegetables such as broccoli and spinach, and beef, pork, chicken, fish, or liver. We were never given soft drinks, only natural juices or milk. This type of diet lasted until my paternal grandmother died, when I was about 15 years old.
Over time, I discovered that my problem is that I don't like feeling full. That heavy feeling that some foods leave me with caused me to feel the opposite of hunger: a lack of appetite. I then discovered that I like to snack, eat small portions of food or snacks that satisfy my hunger, but above all, that leave a delicious taste on my palate and don't require a lot of cooking.
Based on the above, I like to eat tequeños, cheese, ham, olives, small pieces of bread with butter and garlic, and some pesto. I love eating and making pizza and playing around with the ingredients I enjoy most, such as mushrooms, paprika, and basil. This type of frugal food is based on my cravings, and I enjoy accompanying it with wine or beer, alongside friends or family, or simply on my own in front of the TV.
My perfect meal would be a delicious sandwich with meat, some condiments, cherry tomatoes, pickles, and arugula. It could also be a platter of cheese, ham, salami, or spreads. I could easily eat this type of food every day, all year round.
Perhaps looking for a justification for these food preferences, I imagine that preferring snacks or appetizers is a way of remembering recess and parties, where you only tasted small snacks that seemed like pieces of joy and happiness.

I know there are many different types of eaters. I remember reader of nibblers, who like to nibble or eat small amounts often in the day, but not eat big meals. Whatever keeps you healthy and you enjoy is what I say. Now feed me please 😋
