Time to spread some of the fall magic that happens here in Central Oregon. I collected the following photos over the last several years I have lived here. Some are older and some are as recent as last week. So take a few moments and scroll through the post and enjoy the visual feast that is the changing colors of autumn here in Central Oregon.

Riverbend Park - Bend, Oregon
I took these just last week on a shopping trip to Bend.
I go to this park quite often for a walk before shopping but this is the first time I had ever seen any deer in the park.
The sun even decided to come out to help the colorful trees pop a little more.
Pine Meadows - Sisters, Oregon
I took these last year on one of my many morning walks through this area.
I was truly amazed at how all the trees seemed to be near their peak at the same time. They weren't quite as in sync this year.
Metolius River - Camp Sherman, Oregon
I always like to make at least one trip each fall to this area.
The Western Larch trees are always a favorite of mine. As the conifer trees needles' turn from green to bright yellow...
They offer a sharp contrast to the remaining green pines and firs.
A bright yellow bush in an otherwise green and brown landscape.
Drake Park - Bend, Oregon
The reflective view on Mirror Pond. There is a small dam just downstream on the Deschutes River that forms this aptly named body of water.
Sisters, Oregon
And to close things out some random shots from around my town.

Thanks for looking and enjoy your day!
Those fall colours really pop out. I like this shot with the mountain framed by the trees.
That is Mt Bachelor. I even got lucky that we got a little snow before the pic to give a little white contrast.
Right on. I think the effect would look different without the snow, so it's great timing.
Wow, the autumn magic here is so exciting! The colors are absolutely beautiful. All of the photos are truly impressive. Thank you for sharing! 🥰

What beautiful images!! Autumn has a special charm. It must be the colors that dress this season, which never disappoint. Greetings
It's always been one of my favorite times of year. The trees turning these vibrant colors are almost unbelievable. :)
How absolutely beautiful the places are. It was truly breathtaking! So cool!
I'm glad you liked them! Autumn can take a relatively normal landscape and make it explode with color. Breathtaking indeed! :)
Autumn scenery is magical! We can't experience it in my country, so I'm glad to see your photos... 🥰✨

Yeah fall in the Pacific Northwest can be quite stunning. :)
The colours are gorgeous, talk about the best free picture show on earth! Nature just rocks and I wonder if those deer rock the football pitch hehe! Great photographs.
Thank you! No kidding, nature does know how to put on a show.
I hope the deer didn't leave any presents for the players to find during the next match. 🤣
Countryside like those are just magnificent, magical and necessary

Thank you! I love this time of year. :)
Those are very nice and lively colors from those trees leaves . We do not have fall, spring and winter here in Philippines, so we do not have this kind of changes.
Yeah, I'm lucky I get to experience this each year. :)
