Yeah. That 1928 is not minted in Philly. But I already have a nice 1928P. I more or less got them just because they were $1.33 USD over spot for the amount of silver they contain.
I was obtaining most of mine for Face Value, but I did end up buying a lot of the good ones that are now worth a fortune... I'm still shocked when I see what some of them are worth...
