Of all places in Australia, The climate in Tasmania is the worst ahaha. It even snows. But with the wood heater on or a hot bath, you'd be surprised at how manageable it is!

Now you mention that, Years ago I did meet someone from Tasmania who said the weather in Scotland was okay haha Now I know why! A hot bath though is awesome in the winter, so I can imagine it is manageable!
