It's what you focus on, right? I feel like I've worked hard on what it means to be happy, but also I think my essential self is probably fairly happy. I mean, we get this one life, may as well love it as much as you can, especially if you are privileged enough to be loved, healthy, and safe! Enjoy your walk.
