We have a functioning healthcare and education system
Well, in my country everything is there, but neither the govt ensures, they are functioning the way they should be, nor the people care to respect each other, to wait and allow the system to work smoothly. Nothing can happen in this country, because we are overly populated, and every one thinks, they should take their share first.
