Oh my, yet another mess to clean up! I suppose it always goes with being a homeowner. Goodness knows we've had our share of incidents. Our son recently noticed a drip coming through the ceiling in the basement bathroom. He noticed it before it got out of hand, fortunately. My husband had been putting off repairing the leaky faucet in the bathtub in the upstairs bathroom above, but then he had to buckle down and do it because it had gotten so bad it was leaking through to the basement.

Oh no! Thank goodness your son found the leak before you had to redo the ceiling. I wish I had found mine, but at least it is all getting new walls, a vanity, lights, and accessories. It will be like having a new bathroom.
As the old saying goes, it's an ill wind that blows no good.
I've never heard that saying, but oh does it fit!
