You wouldn't want to be homeless in this city. They made it an ordinance you can't have more than you can carry. They enforce it to. If a person can't afford a place to store it, they will throw it away. Here though, there are a lot of resources for the homeless. They even have their own park basically, downtown, maybe stuff was just getting out of hand. They have their own coffee shop to hang at, they can do laundry free there, there's a place that feeds them hot meals for free. I don't know if they still have it or not, but at one time they hand a mobile shower. It would drive around and if anyone needed to take a shower they could just hop aboard and take one. We also have a place that is a second hand store, and once a month people can go there if they have a snap card and fill a bag with clothes for free.
