Longterm loyalty, stability, and assurance from planning ahead is no longer the norm as you have stated. Everyone lives by the seat of their pants today; I too have often wondered how they will manage when they are older and less able to work as efficiently as when young and full of energy. Times have certainly changed for sure. I know so many young people that change jobs before they even secure another one, who does that? Today's youth for sure!
