What a party!
It inspires me to see you gathering so happily as a family at these festive occasions. Also brings me back to travelling in that region many years ago and enjoying how things appear to be staying the same in some ways.
One thing I find is that the Indian food I love to eat locally almost always tastes even better the second day. I am not sure if the flavour gets to sink in to everything overnight but leftovers are the best part of the next day for me.
