The top bird is a Red winged blackbird-female. Beautiful photos.

I know very little about bird species, just loving taking photos of them. Thanks

If you hang around here odds are that you will learn a few bird names, while we all get to enjoy your photos!

Looking forward to that.

The Show Me A Photo (SMaP) contest hosted by @nelinoeva and @oks2crypto provides a fun challenge each week. This week we are challenged to find a photo of birds with food. https://ecency.com/hive-106444/@nelinoeva/feathered-friends-show-me-a-90945945f7a8a. And posts that include a minimum of 3 photos and at least 200 words have the possibility of receiving an OCD curation nomination.

Nice Red-winged blackbird, what's the top bird?

Actually, I have no idea. Thanks @bluefinstudios

Very nice photos! I want to get this lens as well for birding!

Yeah, its a pretty nifty lens, and not astronomically priced.

What a stunning shot! You really caught his eyes. Nicely done!

Thanks Denise.

It's always a pleasure! You sure are having fun with the new toys.

Lovely birds!

Terrific shots, Dave. Very sharp... I bet you're pretty happy with that lens!

I always figured that It would be too expensive to get a decent zoom lens, until I looked into the Sigma, and was suprised at the relatively low price point. Thanks
