white doves have a long history of being a symbol for peace from various cultures around the world. these days the prospect of peace around the world is nearer than it has been for a long time. at the same time failure to achieve it could lead to disastrous results

so let us hope that cooler and wiser voices prevail in meaningful dialogue

and we all can get along together
