SMAP 134 Show Me A Photo Round 134 - Do They Ever Spread Their Wings?

Hello Feathered Friends lovers. Round 134 is upon us in this exciting contest, SMAP or Show Me A Photo Contest, hosted by @nelinoeva. The contest post with the rules are here. Read up and do join us in the fun.

The theme for this week is:

WINGS

There's a mountain resort about 25 kilometers south of our city which is quite popular. It's called Eden Nature Park. The place boasts of a quiet and serene mountain retreat atmosphere with log cabins scattered all over the area where guests can spend the night over. It is about a thousand meters above sea level and it really is a cool place, especially at nights. Aside from the log cabins, Eden Nature Park has foot tracks along the resort where people can go hiking, walking or jogging. It has a swimming pool, a zip line and a miniature zoo where some animals can be viewed. I was surprised to know that there are actually peacocks and pea hens roaming the place which my daughter was able to photograph during a recent visit there.

I don't think I've ever seen a peacock with its wings spread or one in flight. But their feathers look quite unique and awesome even when folded.

Great choice for your entry, peacocks are gorgeous. 🙂
They have such a nice pattern on their wings. We always think about their tails when they spead them up, but their wings are also attractive.
