Weekly feathers abzorvation

I have see this cute bird on Facebook, i have try to find out this bird to see in real.
I have found some similar feathers.

But
I don't know the name of such feathers and don't know the source place.
I have see an other feather which is located in our village. In our local language that feathers is known as karkurchi but i dont know the name in english. Its coulr is black. Its tale is a like v shape. When I saw this tale its shape is cross. It's chirping is very different from other feathers.

Now a days I am taking some little interest in the feathers abzorvation i hope i will work in this field successfully. My target is to capture ten types of new feathers weekly
