Genial estar nuevamente aquí en esta maravillosa ¨Feathered FriendsCommunity¨ : para acompañar a mi amiga @nelinoeva en este maravilloso ¨Show Me A Photo Contest¨: Lo que más me gusta de participar en esta iniciativa, son sus consignas semanales, aunque debo de admitir, que muchas veces es el motivo de no participar seguido en el concurso, dado que no somos muy buenos haciendo fotografías de aves, pero la consigna de esta semana juega a nuestro favor, ya que tenemos que compartir disparos de imágenes donde la suerte ha jugado a nuestro favor.

Great to be here again in this wonderful ¨Feathered FriendsCommunity¨ : to accompany my friend @nelinoeva in this wonderful ¨Show Me A Photo Contest¨: What I like most about participating in this initiative are its weekly slogans, although I must admit, that is often the reason for not participating often in the contest, since we are not very good at taking photographs of birds, but this week's slogan works in our favor, since we have to share shots of images where luck has played in our favor.
Cada vez que estoy en cercanía de la naturaleza despierta mi lado creativo, y se me da por divagar o reflexionar sobre el estilo de vida que llevamos. Es cierto que la vida es una sola y el tiempo perdido es irrecuperable, es por eso que debemos tener objetivos y metas que alcanzar en la vida; pero hay que tener en cuenta disfrutar cada día mientras avanzamos tras nuestros objetivos. Esforzarse por mejorar la calidad de vida es bueno, pero deja de serlo, si al llegar a tus metas, no lo haces con buena salud, es por este razonamiento que trato de salir a caminar por el predio y equilibrar mis emociones, renovar y cargar las energías es excelente para hacer frente a determinadas situaciones que se presentan en nuestras vidas.

Every time I am close to nature, my creative side awakens, and I tend to wander or reflect on the lifestyle we lead. It is true that there is only one life and lost time is irrecoverable, that is why we must have objectives and goals to achieve in life; But we must keep in mind to enjoy each day while we advance towards our objectives. En el post anterior les comenté que por primera vez la reserva nos decepciono por no haber hallado ave para el concurso, también hice mención de la posible causa; aunque esta vez no volvimos a dar con un ave, la situación es diferente, dado que vivimos un nuevo nido en otro sector del predio, eso significa que las aves aún están en algún lugar bien escondidos y no desean posar para nuestras fotografías

Después de recorrer la reserva y hacer tomas a cuantas cosas ha llamado nuestra atención, fue momento de regresar, mientras volvíamos a casa y hablábamos con Gabriela, decidimos que definitivamente debíamos cambiar el horario de visita al predio, creo que está haciendo mucho calor a la hora que visitamos, y las aves están refugiadas entre el denso follaje de los enormes árboles, lo que dificulta nuestra visión. Mientras mi esposa hablaba no podía dejar de pensar en el fondo de casa, y esperaba que al llegar un ave salvara el día.

After touring the reserve and taking shots of as many things as had caught our attention, it was time to return. While we were returning home and talking to Gabriela, we decided that we should definitely change the visiting hours to the property, I think it is very hot at the time we visited, and the birds are sheltered in the dense foliage of the huge trees, which makes it difficult for us to see. While my wife was talking she couldn't stop thinking about the back of the house, and she hoped that when a bird arrived it would save the day.
Es verdad que estaba muy emocionado de dar con un ave para fotografiar, pero por más grande que sea la emoción, no es muy común llegar a casa y ver un ¨pirincho¨: posado sobre el muro, y mucho menos ver a tres de ellos en comunidad haciendo lo que las aves hacen en situaciones similares, a eso yo llamo un tiro de suerte. Que genial llegar a casa con nuestra ¨nikoncoolpixb500¨ y poder hacer estos disparos geniales.

It is true that I was very excited to find a bird to photograph, but no matter how great the excitement, it is not very common to come home and see a ¨pirincho¨: perched on the wall, much less seeing three of them in community doing what birds they do in similar situations, that's what I call a lucky shot.
