RE: Fire masked birds and others.

Power cuts again, just came out of our early morning stint, having ones life turned upside down constantly since 2008 is definitely not something anyone would have anticipated, yet the wreck and ruin carries on.

Teasing birds, insects and life around keeps us sane, and needless to say some cheer at the end of day with a !BEER

Oh yeah, the SOE's have become a real millstone around our necks and I hear that billions will go to Eskom again. All of that money over the years could have built houses for the poor and repaired the roads my friend. Some municipalities are in terrible states and we might have to return to gravel roads methinks.
Yet all receive their full salaries and even bonuses.
What a joke when the sewage pumps don't work and they pour excrement into the rivers.
We are in real trouble here.
But life goes on as they say.

You are right as nature keeps us sane 😄

Blessings and !BEER

Country is an always has been top heavy with Government > Kings > Tribal Leaders > Sangomas > Municipalities > White Collared SOE's by the time you finished filling the pockets of the top "leaders" very little is left for the man in the trenches. Can only lead to problems if not rectified, you call this a democracy....?

Nope, certainly not a democracy my friend. The focus should be on quality of life for all and not only for the top echelon. Bit it is like such all over the planet and the world plus nature is stirring in revolt.
A new "awakening" to the true value in life shall certainly rise up in the near future, at great cost as usual.
We can only hope Lady Joan.

Blessings and !BEER
