Although there are a lot of Eurasian collared doves in my village, I managed to photograph these two little birds in the city at work. More precisely, I was on my way to the store to get breakfast and I noticed a Eurasian collared dove. It had landed next to a large tree Linden tree.

I took my phone out of my pocket and immediately started taking photos. The street itself is busy with a lot of vehicles and pedestrians. So I tried to capture the moment. In the meantime, another one flew by.Meanwhile, another collared dove landed.

They are looking for food. But as I approached them, a Eurasian collared dove flew away.

Eurasian collared dove We have three more names for her gugutka, kumrija (kumria), grlica , Turkish pigeon is one of the most widespread and adaptable birds in our area. Although it appears to be a delicate and fragile bird, it is a true natural phenomenon due to its incredible spread and survival.They originated in Asia and arrived in Europe and America at the beginning of the 20th century.
