Welcome to #SMaP Show Me A Photo Contest Round 71!
How quickly the time passes, we are already in June, the summer in the Northern hemisphere starts earlier and it is very hot. The sun is shining and the shadows and shades are the most preferable places to hide. Speaking about shadows, we had this theme about birds and shadows, I wish to repeat it and I am looking forward to seeing your photos. This round will be about the Shadow of the bird. It doesn't matter how big the bird is, let's see what shadow it casts. It may be the same size or bigger, it may look like the bird or depending on the angle, completely different.
And here it is, the new theme:
SHADOW OF THE BIRD
My photos are about the sparrows. Small birds with big hearts. Male birds still woo the females. Look at this guy with its tail erected.
May be he got lucky. 🙂
Now is your turn and let me see your photos of birds, but first read carefully the rules below⬇️
Rules
Show me your photo of a bird, following these rules:
- The photo must be your own.
- Post in the community Feathered Friends
- You may add more photos, but you should state which one is your entry, otherwise the first will be taken into account.
- Tell us something about your photo/s.
- Your photo must follow the weekly theme.
- Please put the link of your entry in the comment section of the contest post here.
- Put in the title of your post that this is an entry for the contest. (Optional)
- Use #smap as a tag.
If you create quality post with more images and interesting story about them, making extra effort can give you bigger upvotes and attract curators. Keep that in mind.
Prizes
Five winners and each winner will receive 2 Hive and 200 Ecency POINTS.

These sparrows are very common in Aisa, they can even survive in 50C - 55C temperatures.

Dear I would love to, but I rarely have birds around to take photos :-( and I was looking through, I have none with shadows :-(
