Wow! Glad that you were not injured. I also had a few scraps on my bike and one of the guys died when he hit a bird on his bike. That passenger in your car will never forget that experience. Must have been a big bird and might even have been an Albatross. Or a vulture for that matter. Definitely not a chicken or a guinea fowl haha.
There must have been some incidents on that farm road that warranted the need for a sign, but I cannot understand why anyone would speed on it. People will be people as they say.
