These famous forest singers are the first birds to arrive in spring. Even when it is still quite cool and there is snow. They are quite resistant to cold, and there were cases when I met them in the forest in early November, when there were no more migratory birds.
What is the difference between a male and a female, I think this can be seen in my photos, they have a very pronounced sexual dimorphism. But even the male differs from the female in that after wintering, it is the males who first arrive, and the females after about a week or even two.

I love these pics with first birdies on the melting snow background so much! they appealing to me, they teasing, promise that summer and warm is somewhere close. Very pleasurable feed to my mind... some subconscious games, maybe this kind.
