🦉 The western yellow wagtail (Motacilla flava)
- Motacilla lat .: mōto, mōtare move continuously, -cilla tail (cilla like a tail - only in ornithology, erroneous established name)
- flava flavus (lat.) yellow, gold, golden yellow

I encountered this brightly colored wagtail in the meadows on the outskirts of my town. There's a spot there where fishermen have built benches and a small vegetable garden. I came there to rest. And for some reason, these birds don't pay any attention to me at all.

They walk literally half a meter away from me and just go about their business, namely searching for insects in the garden beds.
