π Carduelis carduus (Latin) thistle
It is a great joy for me to meet these birds, and even more so to take a photo.
These birds are quite shy, and practically do not lure to the sound, except for the mating season. But during the maturation of thistles, these birds flock to plants in small flocks to feast on their seeds.
In these photos, a young goldfinch. You see, his muzzle is not quite red yet. He still has a teenage feather cover.
By the way, my photo was added by the official Nikon store (famous brand of cameras and lenses) to the gallery of examples. Which made me very happy.
