Hello, internet people, how's it going? Today I wanted to play a game I've always wanted to play, ‘Yoshi's Island’, because Yoshi is my favourite character and I found the game really fun.
Hola, gente de internet ¿todo bien? Hoy quise jugar un juego que siempre quise jugar "Yoshis Island" ya que Yoshi es mi personaje preferido y el juego me resultaba muy divertido
As I understand it, someone tried to kidnap baby Mario and Luigi while the stork was transporting them, and they both fell into different parts of the island where dinosaurs live. Yoshi is the first to transport Mario across the island to reunite him with his brother.
Según entendí, a Mario y Luigi bebés los intentaron secuestrar cuando la cigueña los trasladaba, ambos calleron en sectores diferentes de la isla donde viven los dinosaurios, el tipico Yoshi es el primero en trasladar a Mario por la isla para juntarlo con su hermano
The first level served more as a tutorial (although I later realised that, just like in Super Mario World, there are little blocks that give you tips). The first level is for learning how to move, jump and eat enemies, just like Yoshi does :3
El primer nivel sirvió más como tutorial (aunque luego me di cuenta que al igual que en Super Msrio World hay bloquecitos que te dan tips) El primer nivel es para saber como movernos saltar y comernos a los enemigos tal y como es característica de Yoshi :3
At this other level, we must learn to make eggs that we can also use as weapons, that is, we can throw them not only at enemies but also to take wild cards.
En este otro nivel, debemos aprender a hacer huevos que además podemos utilizar de arma, es decir, podemos lanzarlos no solo para los enemigos sino para tomar comodines
To lay eggs, we have to eat an enemy and press a button to lay the egg. They are cumulative, so the eggs follow us. Another thing I noticed is that we don't die (I guess unless we fall off a cliff, but I haven't fallen off one so I don't know for sure) when an enemy touches us. We lose Mario, and if we don't catch him quickly, the enemies take him away.
Para poner huevos, tenemos que comernos un enemigo y con un botón poner el huevo, son acumulativos asi que los huevos nos siguen. Otra cosa que noté es que como tal nomorimos (supongo que a menos que caigamos de un precipicio, no he caido asi que no me consta) cuando un enemigo nos toca, perdemos a Mario y si no lo atrapaos pronto, los enemigos se lo llevan
In the end, I managed to complete the level and give Mario another Yoshi to move forward, but that's as far as I got. It's actually quite fun, and so far the levels aren't too difficult, so there's no feeling of frustration. There are quite a few bonuses throughout the levels that you can interact with by throwing eggs, so it's a lot of fun.
Al final pude completar el nivel y entregarle a Mario a otro Yoshi para ir avanzando,pero hasta ahi jugué. La verdad es bastante divertido y de momento los niveles no son muy dificiles asi que no hay sensación de frustración, hay bastantes bonus por los niveles con los que interactuar lanzando los huevos entonces es muy divertido
