I have used over 4 older Samsung models and I've not broken their screen. I think I'm really careful with it. Plus it gives me more expression, iPhone for me are limited in apps and usage.
The battery is good, but I would have needed to get the ultra variant to get a great battery, but that costs 1,300$.

I don’t seem to have much luck with them. The last two Samsung devices I used really frustrated me with screen issues, so the thought of the maintenance costs should something happen when I get one, will keep me at night.😅
The photo only loads halfway. I think it’s probably because it’s a very huge file. That used to be one of my challenges on my galaxy s6.
