Hello, all, my dear gamers! I'm back with another post about The Sims 4. I need to reiterate that I never imagined that after so many years, I would be creating, building, and designing houses in The Sims 4.
Después de que la familia De La Rosa pasara por un divorcio tormentoso, madre e hijas decidieron salir de la isla e irse a cumplir su sueño de tener una gran granja con vacas, gallinas y caballos. Pero pasaron dos cosas, no había ningún hogar adecuado para lo que Victoria deseaba y además, estábamos en pleno invierno. Así que la solución fue empezar a construir el hogar de sus sueños mientras esperan que pase el invierno y luego vivir la vida de sus sueños mientras rehacen todo.
Estoy muy entusiasmada con este hogar porque ya he visto todos los errores que he ido cometiendo a la hora de construir, como tener las habitaciones tan separadas, por ejemplo. También tengo una nueva expansión con mucha jugabilidad, y es perfecta porque está hecha para familias con niños, así que esta aventura será diferente y bastante llena de desafíos para mí.
Esta publicación será en dos partes, en esta parte quiero mostrarles todo lo que hice en el interior del hogar. Y luego, cuando avance en el juego, les mostraré la parte exterior y el diseño de afuera de toda la granja, pero luego de que se vaya el invierno y toda la nieve, puesto que no puedo diseñar sin ver el terreno ni las cosas estéticas que tengo pensado hacer.

After the De La Rosa family went through a stormy divorce, the mother and daughters decided to leave the island and fulfill their dream of owning a large farm with cows, chickens, and horses. But two things happened: there was no home suitable for what Victoria wanted, and it was the middle of winter. So the solution was to start building their dream home while they waited for winter to pass and then live the life of their dreams while they rebuilt everything.
I'm very excited about this home because I've already seen all the mistakes I've made when building, such as having the rooms so far apart, for example. I also have a new expansion with lots of gameplay, and it's perfect because it's made for families with children, so this adventure will be different and quite challenging for me.
This post will be in two parts. In this part, I want to show you everything I did inside the house. Then, as I progress through the game, I'll show you the exterior and the layout of the entire farm, but only after winter is over and all the snow is gone, since I can't design without seeing the terrain and the aesthetic elements I have in mind.

Esta casa es de dos pisos. No quise volver a hacer un sótano a menos que lo requiera más adelante. En la planta baja construí un hall, que además es un salón y puse en una esquina un pequeño apartado que no es más que una pequeña oficina integrada al espacio (ahora que lo pienso, puedo poner un biombo, se vería estético sin tener que atravesar una pared). La escalera es amplia porque quise que tuviera protagonismo. También tengo un salón familiar con algunos muebles, bibliotecas y una gran tele. Además de un pequeño baño para las visitas.

This house has two floors. I didn't want to build a basement unless I needed one later on. On the first floor, I built a hall, which also serves as a living room, and I put a small alcove in one corner that is nothing more than a small office integrated into the space (now that I think about it, I could put up a screen, which would look nice without having to put up a wall). The staircase is wide because I wanted it to be a focal point. I also have a family room with some furniture, bookshelves, and a large TV. There is also a small bathroom for guests.

Del otro lado tenemos un comedor y una cocina gigante que son cosas que tengo que incluir en mis casas. También tengo una pequeña terraza con una chimenea y una parrilla para disfrutar de fiestas al aire libre.

On the other side, we have a dining room and a giant kitchen, which are things I have to include in my houses. I also have a small terrace with a fireplace and a grill for enjoying outdoor parties.

En el piso superior tengo la habitación principal muy amplia con un gran baño. Un pequeño gimnasio con un par de cosas de la nueva expansión que no había tenido nunca antes: una bicicleta estática y un rack de pesas para hacer brazos, me encanta mi pequeño gimnasio. Lamentablemente, no voy a poder ver que avances se obtienen porque mi sim adulta está muy en forma. Tendré que esperar que mis criaturas se vuelvan adolescentes. También en este puso tenemos las dos habitaciones para las niñas, cada una con un estilo diferente diseñado para cada una, con su baño privado. Yo pretendía hacer un baño para las dos, pero ya que tenía todo este espacio, no me pareció justo darles tan pocas cosas.

On the upper floor, I have a very spacious master bedroom with a large bathroom. There's also a small gym with a couple of things from the new expansion that I've never had before: an exercise bike and a weight rack for arm exercises. I love my little gym. Unfortunately, I won't be able to see any progress because my adult Sim is in great shape. I'll have to wait until my kids become teenagers. On this floor, we also have two bedrooms for the girls, each with a different style designed for each of them, with their own private bathroom. I was going to make one bathroom for both of them, but since I had all this space, it didn't seem fair to give them so little.

Lo más probable es que en próximas publicaciones vean la casa diferente, porque a medida que estoy haciendo este post, se me van ocurriendo cosas que podría utilizar para mejorar partes denla casa que me dieron problemas. Como ya he dicho antes, no uso trucos de dinero, todo se lo ganan dentro del juego y con lo que van ganando voy construyendo, pero ya queda poco dinero, así que menos mal que paré.
Y esta es toda mi publicación de hoy para ustedes. Espero que les guste todo lo que estoy haciendo en los sims y que me acompañen en la vida de esta familia.

Most likely, in future posts you will see the house looking different, because as I am writing this post, I am thinking of things I could use to improve parts of the house that gave me problems. As I said before, I don't use money cheats, everything is earned within the game and with what they earn I build, but there is not much money left, so it's a good thing I stopped.
