Hello, Family and Friends community. It's summer season here in the Philippines.
Celebrating birthdays with the whole family is very special. It's our 3rd family reunion celebration on the day of my grandmother's birthday.
1st reunion was celebrated month April 2019. Then the second reunion was celebrated on my grandmother's birthday. My aunt who lives in Singapore is the one who initiated this kind of family gathering.
A few months before the celebration, we discussed all the necessary arrangements. Since we live in different places our only way to discuss everything is through our group chat in Messenger.
VENUE
First, the venue of the event is located in our town in Eco Glamping Treehouse.

We occupied 4 domes and 4 tents in all.
We paid 35 thousand pesos good for 70 pax.
FOOD
We still have other foods available at another table near the pool area.

Dance Presentation
You might be wondering why we have this kind of dance presentation, well it's my aunt's suggestion to dance the folk dance. We are like having a Buwan ng Wika LOL

Me and daughter joined the dance team without practicing the dance steps, we did the impromptu dance. Luckily the dance steps are too easy and repetitive.
Tinikling by the siblings Venus and Janus. They are both my cousins.
Dance for 100 pesos. Everyone is allowed to dance in front of my Grandmother holding a flower and will be rewarded 100 pesos after dancing.
We also had the moment of giving ampao. Kids are happy to receive their ampao from my Aunt's family and my Tiya Family.

Swimming time
Everyone was allowed to enjoy the pool from 10 am until nighttime.
Disco time
The celebration was ended by a disco and everyone was invited to dance.
Ending thoughts
Every family is not perfect. We have misunderstandings too but we always choose to unite and help each other. The celebration was successful and everyone enjoyed their time with the whole family though we are incomplete as the youngest daughter of my Grandma who lives in Cebu didn't get the chance to attend the said event and also her kids and the family of her kids were not there either. Also, the twin daughter of my Uncle wasn't there too. One of the twins lives in Singapore and the other one lives in Cebu. Hopefully next year they can finally attend the reunion.
