El día sábado fue un día impredecible y muy divertido para mi familia y para mi. Así que no puedo dejar de compartirles parte de este momento que permanecerá en nuestra memoria siempre.
Ese día yo no me sentía con ánimos de salir a la calle, pero mi hermano quería que saliéramos a pasear con las niñas ya que no fuimos a la playa por la temporada alta, entonces el llamo y me pregunto para donde íbamos, mi hermano vive lejos de mi, en otra ciudad, el subió a medio día para encontrarnos y llego a la 1 pm, pero mi mama estaba en mi casa y yo quería que ella fuera con nosotros, mi mamá a su vez quería esperar a mi papá para subir con el, así que tuve que esperar que mi papa llegara a mi casa.
Mi hermano y yo decidimos ir por el teleferico al waraira rapano, o Ávila, este es un lugar bastante turístico y muy bonito de nuestra capital Caracas.

Saturday was an unpredictable and fun day for my family and me. So I can't help but share with you part of this moment that will remain in our memories forever.
That day I didn't feel like going out, but my brother wanted us to go for a walk with the girls since we didn't go to the beach because of the high season, so he called and asked me where we were going, my brother lives far away from me, in another city, he came up at noon to meet us and arrived at 1 pm, but my mom was at my house and I wanted her to go with us, my mom wanted to wait for my dad to come up with him, so I had to wait for my dad to arrive at my house.
My brother and I decided to go by cable car to the Waraira Rapano, or Avila, this is a very beautiful and touristic place in our capital Caracas.
Cuando llegamos a las instalaciones del teleferico ya mi hermano y mi cuñado habían hecho la cola y estaban cada uno de primero, uno para comprar las entradas y uno para entrar al teleferico.
Esperamos a mi hermano que traía las entradas, para pasar.
When we arrived at the cable car facilities, my brother and brother-in-law had already queued up and were each in line first, one to buy the tickets and one to enter the cable car.

La subida:
Y comenzó nuestra aventura en familia por el largo recorrido por el teleferico, entres risas nerviosas y chistes de familia pasamos entre montaña y montaña, fueron aproximadamente 25 minutos de recorrido, el paisaje se veía hermoso.
Para mi hija y mi sobrina era algo nuevo, ya que primera vez que se montaban en un teleférico, pensé que a mi hija le daría miedo, pero para mi sorpresa, no, estuvo tomándose fotos y disfrutando el viaje, además todos reíamos.
The ascent:
And then began our family adventure through the long ride on the cable car, between nervous laughter and family jokes we went from mountain to mountain, it was about 25 minutes of travel, the scenery looked beautiful.
For my daughter and my niece it was something new, since it was the first time they rode a cable car, I thought my daughter would be scared, but to my surprise, no, she was taking pictures and enjoying the ride, and we were all laughing.
Al llegar arriba, recorrimos el lugar desde la entrada hasta el emblemático y elegante hotel Humboltd, tomandonos fotos a lo largo del paseo y observando todas sus recreaciones.
Arriving at the top, we toured the site from the entrance to the iconic and elegant Humboldt Hotel, taking pictures along the promenade and observing all its recreations.
Vimos magos, mimos, zanqueros y luego nos sentamos un rato a hablar y a degustar unas ricas fresas con crema, y después nos devolvimos ya que el recorrido llega hasta el hotel Humboltd.
We saw magicians, mimes, stilt walkers and then we sat for a while talking and tasting some delicious strawberries and cream, and then we went back as the tour goes to the Humboltd hotel.
Tenia nos que bajar antes de que oscureciers por que mi hermano tenía que irse, por que las luces de su carro estaban fallando.
La bajada:
Fue más emocionante la bajada, hay más adrenalina, había bastante brisa y los vagones se movían, se sentía como el vagon iba de lado, a pesar de la euforia del momento, disfrutamos del paisaje ya atardeciendo.
I had to get off before dark because my brother had to leave because his car lights were failing.
The descent:
The descent was more exciting, there was more adrenaline, there was quite a breeze and the wagons were moving, it felt like the wagon was going sideways, despite the euphoria of the moment, we enjoyed the scenery already at dusk.

Mi hermano nos llevo cerca de mi casa pero lamentablemente el carro se accidentó y tuvo que dejarlo en un estacionamiento y bajo a su casa en camioneta.
A pesar de todo, fue un día bastante agradable, hacia mucho que no salíamos en familia con nuestros padres.

My brother drove us close to my house but unfortunately the car had an accident and he had to leave it in a parking lot and went down to his house by van.
In spite of everything, it was quite a nice day, it had been a long time since we had gone out as a family with our parents.
