Metromotorbikes Family Celebrate Christmas at Twilight Pool, Compostela, Cebu

Metromotorbikes Corporation is a Motor Company owned by a well-known Chinese blooded family of businessman and woman who were living in Manila. It was only the area manager and their respective branch managers who ran their business here in Provinces. Almost all provinces in the Philippines have branches. In Cebu, there are 7 branches in all. Every year they will conduct a Christmas Party as one. So for this year, their party was held in Twilight Pool, Compostela, Cebu. If you are from Bogo City after Compostela Municipal Hall it's on the right side. You will just follow the signage of Twilight Pool. From the highway, it's about more or less 300 meters away.

I can still remember how busy I was on that day because it was the scheduled Silver Reunion of our High School Batch and my Husband's Christmas Party too. At first, I told my hubby I could not come with him since I have also an important appointment to attend to. Besides it's quite far and I don't want to bring our old car for safety. But my husband refused. He will not attend if we don't come with him. That's how he valued us. He can't afford to enjoy without his family. So I just attended a half day of our reunion for we will be traveling from our town to Compostela by 2:00 pm. He picked me up at our reunion venue and when I arrived home I prepared everything needed for our travel and of course swimming attire for my kids because I knew there was a pool there and they all loved swimming. We departed from our town by 2:25 pm and arrived at the venue by 5:10 pm. It was quite good since it was in Danao and Compostela only had a little bit of traffic.

When we arrived, only three families had just arrived in the venue. While waiting for the others we stayed in the kiosk. Then we took the opportunity to capture every corner of the venue but we started at the dining area where the caterer arranged their table and chairs for the participants together with their families. Unlucky some of their personnel did not bring with them their family. Maybe there was a problem with traveling. While some also did not come for some reasons. As a result, many tables were not occupied.

The buffet table was located near the pool area so, I took some shots at the upper part where the dining table was located. It was a nice shoot. Then I went down and visited their buffet table. The food was almost ready and the crew as well. Lots of food was prepared, so with the kid's favorite ice cream. We just wait for the go signal to attack. Hehehe. Honestly, my kids and I were already hungry because we travelled a long distance.

They have also rooms for rent for those who want to have an overnight stay. It's only 1500 per room. It is made of wood but it's safe and elegant. There were also native cottages made of bamboo arranged on the other side of the area. You can rent these cottages too if you plan to visit and go swimming with family and friends. A 2-storey Function Hall can be found on the edge of the pool with Video K ready for Video K swinging. Twilight offers a lot of amenities that will cater to the needs of every client, especially for a party on any occasion. Metromotorbikes just rented this venue for only 10,000.00 pesos, not including the room and the 2-storey Function Hall but all other amenities were included.

We had dinner at exactly 6:00 pm. After the dinner, they started their games, and presentations, and finally exchanged gifts. They were very happy and had so much fun with their games facilitated by one representative in each Branch. Their celebration provides an opportunity for the new personnel to introduce themselves to other branches and time to bond to strengthen their friendship as Co-workers.

While the party was going on my kids and other children were enjoying themselves swimming. They went on swimming until it was already 10:00 in the evening. When the party ended, my kids still didn't want to take off the pool. They wanted to have swimming till they wanted to. But it's time for us to go home so they need to hurry up to change their clothes. They had a good time there and had so much fun too. Thankful to their father for bringing them to their party.

We departed by 10:45 in the evening and we arrived home safe by 1:20 am. Thank God we arrived safe and thanks for our old car for cooperation. Now I realize that our old car is still in good condition since many times I refused to bring this car on long-distance travel.
