Author of the Week

Hello family
We must give an important announcement, due to the high traffic in LeoThreads when appearing some of the polls did not have the desired results, in fact, some were written to the Discord because they could not perform the votes, for that reason and to be fair, we want to nominate again this week to the same authors of last week, hoping that already regulates the theme of the votes and encouraging all this great family to participate in this dynamic.
For us it seems the most reasonable way and in view of everything we extend the apologies of Leo's team due to these inconveniences, however, we remind you that we are in an early stage of this new interface, so we thank you for your patience regarding this initiative that ultimately benefits the community and its authors.
We will repeat again all the information so that authors and readers know how to participate and also how to vote. Let's get started!
How will it be done?
Every Friday we will choose 4 featured posts from different authors, then we will make a poll in LeoThreads where the same users will decide who will be the featured author of the week.
Prize?
In this proposal, the author of the week will have the right to receive 60% of the rewards of the post where he/she is named as author of the week.
Objective:
This dynamic encourages authors to create original and quality content within the community, in addition, it encourages users to vote for their favorite author, interacting in the new @leofinance interface, which we think is a great option to share content and to interact without leaving our beloved blockchain.

Debemos dar un anuncio importante, debido al gran tráfico en LeoThreads al aparecer algunas de las encuestas no tuvieron los resultados deseados, de hecho, algunos se escribieron al Discord debido a que no se podían realizar las votaciones, por esa razón y para ser justos, queremos volver a nominar esta semana a los mismos autores de la semana pasada, esperando que ya se regule el tema de las votaciones y animando a toda esta gran familia a participar en esta dinámica.
Para nosotros parece el camino más razonable y en vista de todo extendemos las disculpas del equipo de Leo debido estos inconvenientes, sin embargo, les recordamos que estamos en una fase temprana de esta nueva interfaz, así que agradecemos su paciencia con respecto a esta iniciativa que al final beneficia a la comunidad y a sus autores.
Repetiremos Nuevamente toda la información para que los autores y los lectores conozcan la manera de participar y además de realizar las votaciones. ¡Comencemos!
¿Cómo se realizará?
Cada viernes elegiremos 4 post destacados de diferentes autores, luego realizaremos una encuesta en LeoThreads donde los mismos usuarios decidirán quien será el autor destacado de la semana.
¿Premio?
En esta propuesta, el autor de la semana tendrá el derecho de recibir el 60% de las recompensas del post en donde se le nombre como autor de la semana.
Objetivo:
Esta dinámica incentiva a los autores a crear contenido original y de calidad dentro de la comunidad, además, incentiva a los usuarios a votar por su autor preferido, interactuando en la nueva interfaz de @leofinance, la cual nos parece una estupenda opción para compartir contenido y para interactuar sin salir de nuestra querida blockchain.
