Hola queridos amigos de esta gran comunidad @family-friends , espero de encuentren excelentes, las mejores energías para ustedes. A veces en la familia nos acostumbramos a la rutina , a los horarios de trabajo, fuera o dentro de casa, a los días ocupados de mamá y papá,nos olvidamos de los momentos de esparcimiento y que además de compartir en casa también son necesarios salir , disfrutar y conocer sitios fuera.
Para no perder la costumbre.
Como familia creo una vez en algún post les comenté que tenemos costumbre de salir los fines de semana ,ya sea un viernes o un sábado a disfrutar de un paseo al centro de la ciudad, centro comercial , a comer un rico helado que le gusta, la acostumbramos desde pequeñita a ir y así pudiera relacionarse con más niños, ya que mi embarazo fue en época de cuarentena y todo estaba bastante limitado, hasta que pudimos salir y esto se ha vuelto parte de nuestras vidas.
Me parece que son ocasiones que aunque se vean o sean repetitivas en nuestra familia , cada una se vuelve especial, para mí es muy importante el tiempo que compartimos juntos, el llamado tiempo de calidad, que aunque sea con mucho o con poco , nos divertimos muchísimo y lo más importante es que nuestra hija lo disfruta tanto, que me llena de alegría escuchar un mami, me divertí mucho hoy. Si quizás sea común en los niños cuando se divierten pero es de gran valor porque del tiempo "encerrados" en casa por trabajo y que ella no merece y que realmente por ser niña necesita salir también,incluso los adultos también necesitamos salir de vez en cuando, la verdad, jajaja 🤣.
Contacto con la naturaleza y liberar presión.
La salidas cuando son al parque me gustan en particular por el contacto con la naturaleza, los grandes árboles cerca del parque ,la rica brisa ,respirar aire fresco, es algo que nos reinicia y la sonrisa de mi pequeña me encanta, porque sé que es algo que a ella le gusta,nos los dice aún siendo tan pequeña.
Este día lo pasamos genial, habían muchas familias compartiendo y disfrutando de la tarde y atracciones del parque, llegó un payaso 🤡 con globos y pinturas para dibujar figuras en la carita de los niños ,mi niña salió de inmediato del castillo inflable pidiéndole a su papá que lo llamara y le pintara la cara y bueno ,eso hizo 😁les pintó la carita y dió un globo sombrero a mi niña y a otros niños que allí estaban, luego de divertirse en su juego o distracción favorita , como lo llama ella , el brincolín 😁.
Es tan importante el tiempo que le brindamos a nuestros seres queridos, a nuestra familia, es algo que siempre recordaremos y que fortalece los lazos y nos une más, hace más llevadera las situaciones y también nos libera del estrés de la semana , del trabajo o del día a nosotros los adultos.
Pude ver cómo esos momentos aún siendo pequeños, en cuanto a tiempo, son gigantes en cuanto a valor, nos permiten desconectarnos de la rutina y nos permiten conectarnos, unirnos más como familia, llenándonos de satisfacción como padres y viendo que son escenciales en el desarrollo de nuestros hijos, que son momentos únicos y especial que vivimos como familia y que debemos disfrutar siempre , mientras sea posible.

Hello dear friends of this great community @family-friends, I hope you find excellent, the best energies for you. Sometimes in the family we get used to the routine, to work schedules, outside or inside the house, to the busy days of mom and dad, we forget the moments of recreation and that in addition to sharing at home are also necessary to go out, enjoy and know places outside.
So as not to lose the habit.
As a family I think once in some post I told you that we have the habit of going out on weekends ,either a Friday or Saturday to enjoy a walk downtown, shopping center , to eat a nice ice cream 😋 🍦 and now with our little daughter , to the park. She really likes it, we got her used to go since she was a little girl so she could interact with more children, since my pregnancy was in quarantine time and everything was quite limited, until we could go out and this has become part of our lives.
It seems to me that they are occasions that although they are seen or are repetitive in our family, each one becomes special, for me it is very important the time we share together, the so-called quality time, that even with much or little, we have a lot of fun and the most important thing is that our daughter enjoys it so much, it fills me with joy to hear a mommy, I had a lot of fun today. Yes maybe it is common in children when they have fun but it is of great value because of the time "locked" at home for work and that she does not deserve and that really because she is a child she needs to go out too,even adults also need to go out from time to time, the truth, hahaha 🤣.
Contact with nature and release pressure.
The outings when they are to the park I like in particular for the contact with nature, the big trees near the park ,the rich breeze ,breathing fresh air, it is something that restarts us and the smile of my little girl I love, because I know it is something that she likes, she tells us even being so small.
This day we had a great time, there were many families sharing and enjoying the afternoon and attractions of the park, a clown arrived 🤡 with balloons and paints to draw figures on the children's faces,My little girl immediately came out of the bouncy castle asking her daddy to call him and paint her face and well, he did 😁 he painted her face and gave a balloon hat to my little girl and other children who were there, after having fun in her favorite game or distraction, as she calls it, the jumper 😁.
It is so important the time we give to our loved ones, to our family, it is something we will always remember and that strengthens the bonds and unites us more, makes situations more bearable and also frees us adults from the stress of the week, work or the day.
I was able to see how these moments, even if they are small in terms of time, are gigantic in terms of value, they allow us to disconnect from the routine and allow us to connect, to unite more as a family, filling us with satisfaction as parents and seeing that they are essential in the development of our children, that they are unique and special moments that we live as a family and that we should always enjoy, as long as possible.
