Blissful Chinese New Year At SM Seaside Cebu

Every new year is a chance to be better, if not better, be the best. This Chinese New Year, me and my cousin and our partners decided to unwind and visit SM SEASIDE Mall, located in SRP, Cebu City, Philippines.

We had no exact plans as to what we will be doing, this is just a spontaneous trip to the mall where we planned to eat whatever we liked to eat and look around some good stuffs and newly-opened boutiques.

My cousin told me she had some stuffs to buy at the famous clothing brand, H&M. So since I had no errands to do in the mall, I agreed to go with her as she looked around and buy things she needed, since she will be traveling to California for a business trip, she needed new clothes.

My cousin is working as a virtual assistant for a direct client in the US and she will be meeting her colleagues next month for her business trip that is all expense paid by her client.

Amazing, right? I love that she have been such a successful and financially stable individual at such age. I am actually also considering to join her for part time since I have a full-time work in the Department Of Education here in the Philippines.

We two have been very close ever since I was still in primary school and we have been through a lot and have been in almost all of the phases in our lives. I am just so proud of how far we have become already, each with our own careers. Doing whatever we want, by our own means and spending our own hard earned money.

To my surprise upon walking around, my cousin asked me to choose whatever I want. She told me she will be buying something for me as an advance birthday gift. I was so shocked and I insisted but she insisted also. We chose some pants.

I took a photo of my cousin and her partner, with me holding the paper bag with my new jeans inside. I am so happy it is my first to receive a branded clothing as a birthday gift.
