Hello and good evening everyone. There's this trending saying that mothers are being celebrated everyday. To be honest, it's worth it. Mother's Day is a special occasion or day set aside and dedicated to honoring incredible women who have played important roles in our lives.
It is a day one uses to express his or her gratitude, love, and appreciation for the selfless sacrifices from this women and the support that mothers provide. As we celebrate this day, it is also important to reflect on the impact that our mothers have on shaping our lives and the lessons they teach us.
Especially in Africa, African mother's are known for their strictness. As a child in an African home, you must be good.African mothers are known for their weapons of warfare.....smiles. We Africans can relate, ranging from her slippers to the broom, the spatula, and of course their favorite friend, the long cane that's always at the back of the door. They didn't do all of these This was not because they hated us, but it was always with love. And I'm proud to say that this way also help shaped me.

Mothers are the perfect example of unconditional love. From the moment they take in and carry us in their womb, the moment we are born, they shower us with love and care, nurturing us and guiding us through life's ups and downs.
Their love is steadfast (permit me to use the word) and knows no bounds, overcoming all challenges and obstacles. A mother's love is a powerful force that provides us with strength, comfort, and reassurance in times of need, even protects and provides.
Not like the father's don't love us, they do, but mother's own are so special.
One of the most remarkable qualities of mothers is their endurance and selflessness. Ahhhh, those people can endure, perfect example will be my late mom, that woman endured a lot. They put their children's needs above their own, sacrificing their time, energy, and resources to ensure their well-being and happiness.
Saying this out of experience, my mom sacrificed a lot just to make sure I was fine. Mothers can handle multiple roles effortlessly, always looking like they are never stressed,serving as caregivers, teachers, mentors, and friends to their spouse, children,etc. Their ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities with grace is truly commendable.
Mothers are also our first teachers, they imparted valuable life lessons that will shape our character and values in today's world. From teaching us how to walk and then talk to instilling in us good morals and virtues such as kindness, love, compassion, and endurance.
Mothers play an important role in our upbringing both morally and emotionally.
Their wisdom and guidance help us navigate through life's challenges, molding us into better individuals that we are meant to become. These doesn't mean our fathers are not involved in the process of our growing up, it's just that our mothers just play the greater role.
On a special day like this, it is essential to express our gratitude and appreciation for all that our mothers do for us.
Checking the internet today, I've seen a lot of love,the credit alerts, the gifts, flowers and I'm like oh, if only my mother was alive. In addition to celebrating our own mothers, let us also remember to honor all the mother figures in our lives, that's including our grandmothers, aunts, and mentors, who have played a significant role in shaping who we are today.
As we celebrate Mother's Day today, we should all reflect on the impact that cannot be measured that our mothers have on our lives. We should continue to cherish and treasure the precious moments we share with them, knowing that their love and support are truly priceless. This is just the right time to show them love, Incase we don't have the opportunity to anymore. Just like me, now my mom is no more, the moments we shared is what I use to remember her everyday.
