Greetings esteemed members of the hive! It is I, Jaycee, extending a warm welcome to my latest blog post, where I recount a delightful picnic with friends.
We didn't plan to have a picnic today, but because of my friend (@douceink) that wanted to unwind✨in nature. She made a plan to have a picnic with us. She asked all our friends to come, but only two of us agreed because the others had to go home early. So, there were only three of us who went.
Before we went to the place where we are going to have a picnic we stopped first at SaversMart to bought some snack and also meal for our lunch.
While waiting for my friend paying at the counter, I stood in front of the big fan because it was really hot. My friend noticed and took a picture of me.
We also stopped at my friends' house (@alycha) to gather some essential supplies such as plates, mugs and pitcher for our foods and drinks. I also encountered Mingay, a cute friendly feline friend of @alycha. After getting the things, we proceeded to our chosen picnic spot, eager to create new memories with nature's embrace.
As we arrived a beautiful scenery welcomed us, trees, green grass all around and birds chirping is such a perfect place to relax. We found a payag (hut) under the tree, we placed our things and unpacked our foods. There are adobo, menudo for our lunch, chips, seeds, pretzels for snack and drinks to stay refreshed.
After settling down, we took our lunch. While eating we had little conversations. Later on @douceink wanted to lay down on the grass. She found a cozy spot near the payag (hut), so we spread our blanket and lay down to relax and continued our chat.
We talked about school, fun memories, our dreams, crush🙊 and tell jokes. It was so nice to just hang out and enjoy each other's company.
As the day started to wind down, we cleaned up our picnic area and packed everything back into our bags. Even though the day was ending, we felt grateful for the fun we had and the memories we made.
